What a great idea!! I have my bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas, years of experience working in cardiac rehab as an exercise scientist (pre family). And now I’m a busy Mom of 3 and an ACSM CPT that works part time at our local YMCA teaching fitness and healthy lifestyle to the members. There is so much bad info out there that I’m always happy to see websites and info like this! Keep up the good work and I will pass this on to my clients and students.
