Here I am at the third straight day of very low carbs. I am not feeling energy issues like I thought I would, which is amazing. I've managed to keep my carbs to between 30 and 35 grams every single day so far. That, too, amazes me because I thought it would be next to impossible.
I had an awesome workout today:
Exercise | Weight/Reps |
Squat | 185 x 10 185 x 10 185 x 10 185 x 10 |
Deadlift Shrug | 185 x 10 185 x 10 185 x 10 185 x 10 |
Bulgarian Split Squats | 25 x 10 25 x 10 25 x 10 25 x 10 |
Step Ups | 20 x 10 20 x 10 20 x 10 20 x 10 |
Reverse Crunches | 10 10 10 |
The deadlift shrug was sort of brutal. The last time I did deadlifts I was at 195 x 10 for four sets. I decided to drop the weight 10 pounds because of the extra time I'd have to execute with the shrug. It was a smart move because by the 4th set, the deadlift was still doable, but the shrug was almost impossible and I barely completed it. I am sure my traps are going to really hurt.
I have an all day planning session tomorrow that I am not looking forward to. I will have to plan my food supply very carefully or I will not have proper nutrition tomorrow. They will bring in food, but they always bring in things with alot of carbs. Also, they might bring in one meal and that's not going to be enough.
On Friday I will go through all the blogs I haven't been to all week and make comments. It is going to be fun. I always enjoy reading what's going on with the other Shredder Council members.
Until tomorrow…
