I had an awesome cardio session today. I’m not sure what possessed me, but I did intervals for 30 minutes, running at a speed of 8.5 mph for 1 minute followed by walking at 3.5 mph for 1 minute. I then did another 30 minutes walking at 4.0 mph with an incline of 5%. I was dripping with sweat by the time I was done. I’m in fat burning mode all the way! |
