My chest never seemed to grow in the past but lately I have been able to add some size to it. I am using some great exercises that I wouldn't necessarily have used in the past.
Incline Dumbbell Flyes (ss)
35×12; 40×10; 40×10
Incline Dumbbell Press (ss)
50×12; 55×10; 60×9
Low cross cable raise (ss)
40×12; 40×10; 40×9
Incline Bench Press (ss)
135×8; 115×10; 135×9
Superman (ss)
12; 10; 8
Full rotation knee raise (ss)
12; 10; 8
Having some strange problems getting my bench press up. I find it odd that I could do 135×8 on the first set and then on the last set I could push out an extra rep.
