 People seem to think it is ok to throw false statements out and expect those who they are lying about to just take it. I have experienced this several times this year and it frustrates me to no end. I hate that people always seem to get away with it too. I wish that I had taken action the first time. Something tells me that it wouldn’t have happened again with anyone had I sent a message that I would not tolerate it. I do my best to be honest and forthcoming about things. I do not attempt to steal other people’s ideas. I respect everyone’s opinion. I just don’t understand why people think they can talk trash about me and get away with it. I am going on record as saying that the next person who spreads lies about me is going to find the legal system coming down on top of them. |

 Today was another cardio workout. I ran for 40 minutes in the morning and another 30 minutes in the evening. |
