What's on my mind today?

Can you work harder?

Can you do better?

Can you get better results?

Can you find your way?

Can you avoid overtraining?

Can you cut through the maze of internet programs?

Can you train with intensity?

Can you eat with purpose?

Can you think of food as fuel?

Can you be consistent?

Can you give up something to gain something else?

Can you burn the fat?

Can you feed the muscle?

The Experiment of One is the answer!

I had an awesome cardio session today.  I’m not sure what possessed me, but I did intervals for 30 minutes, running at a speed of 8.5 mph for 1 minute followed by walking at 3.5 mph for 1 minute.  I then did another 30 minutes walking at 4.0 mph with an incline of 5%.  I was dripping with sweat by the time I was done.  I’m in fat burning mode all the way!
