Rest 4.5:D5 (D405) Thinking

What's on my mind today?

Today was one of those days spent thinking about the future and what it holds.  For the past several months I've been planning for what to do with my career.  I've had two options that I've considered–staying with my current company (and what that looks like as far as what I want out of it) and "Plan B" (and what that looks like as far as what I want out of it).  Today I started to put some plans in motion with regards to having a "Plan B." No decisions have been made nor will there be any made soon, but having a "Plan B" is always a smart thing.

I have always developed software for other people. My new plan involves creating software that I can sell to a niche market.  I have gained a load of understanding about this niche market over the past 7 years and feel that I have alot to offer in this area.  Having a niche is the one principle I've read over and over again.  It will make it easier to sell any product that is created.  I also have a strong partner who I trust and can rely on.  All of these things add up to an exciting new plan.

Thus, today was spent with my mind wandering to this new plan and how to execute it.  It is something that I will need to plan out thoroughly because, as this transformation process has taught me, planning will make it work.

Today was a steady state cardio session for 1 hour.

Taking control of your life means having a "Plan B" that can work for you just as well, if not better, than your current plan.
