My current lifting plan is close to ending. My final workout in the current plan is November 28, 2008. Carlos has another plan in mind for me and had me pick up a book regarding this topic. That book came today and I have started reading it. I am extremely excited about the prospect of a revised lifting plan. When I couple this new lifting plan with my new nutritional guidelines I am expecting major changes. I am 15 days away from the end of my current mission. I have big plans for M5 that will be revealed at the end of M4. I am excited about what the future will bring. To those of you just starting your transformation, take heed. You need to plan your programs. I strongly believe in the idea of doing missions with a set length of days. I believe that you need to plan those missions ahead of time and then stick to that plan the entire mission. I do not like seeing people jump around from here to there. Yes, things happen to interfere, but we can still motor ahead with our plans. |
