I got up very early this morning, at 3:30 a.m., to handle my workout because I knew I had a busy day ahead of me. I did 45 minutes of HIIT style cardio using Cardio Coach. It is a great program that I highly recommend.
I made it a point to really plan out my meals today and that went well. I was able to eat right all day long. I believe that tomorrow when I do my stats my weight is going to be down a little again.
I am honestly just very tired and can't think straight. I am off to bed in an hour so this is all I have to say for the day.
Put your best foot forward every day. Some days that best foot will be better than others, but as long as it is the best you have to offer you aren't cheating yourself.
