M6:D73 (D551) Why is information overload a problem?

What's on my mind today?

Why is information overload such a problem?  The answer is really very simple.

Information overload causes people to take courses of action that are not in their best interests.  They change programs in the middle without seeing what the results will be of the program they are on.  The idea the scammers have is to confuse you so much that you just keep spending more and more money on their programs.

If you allow yourself to continually read new information and don’t bother to really process the information through a careful process, you are bound to confuse yourself.  As I have heard Skip La Cour say many times, stop reading so much.  Learn some principles and then apply them.  Get on board with a program and then agree to stick with it for at least 12 weeks so that you can assess what the results will be.

I have started https://fitnessexpose.com for this very reason.  I want to educate you on the dangers of all the information that is out there today.  I want to help you help yourself.  Get over to the site and read the articles that are already appearing.  Get on the mailing list and take part in the free eCourse.  You won’t be sorry.

You need to do something about all the information you are presented with on the internet.  You need some help filtering out the good from the bad.  Give it a try.  Find out what help is available at https://fitnessexpose.com.
